Private chef Ryan Lory plating a dish

A Michelin-recognized restaurant, brought to your table.

Ryan opened Ardyn in the West Village and earned a Full Plate from the Michelin Guide within six months. When the pandemic closed its doors, he took that kitchen on the road. Today he works as a private chef and caterer for dinner parties, celebrations and events in homes and venues across New York and New Jersey, so you can be with your guests instead of in the kitchen.

The Chef

From land & sea to your table.

Ryan cooks the way he did at Ardyn: seasonal, regionally sourced, and built around the ingredient. Much of the fish on his menus he catches himself off the Northeast coast, and the produce comes from local farms. Every menu is written with you, and allergies and dietary needs are always handled.
